【已完成】BUG提交

面板版本：宝塔linux面板 Beta 8.0.28

系统版本：CentOS7.4.1708 x86_64(Py3.7.9)

浏览器版本：火狐浏览器

问题现象：phpMyAdmin 5.2的 通过面板访问 和 通过公共访问 无法打开。











重现方式：
在nginx 配置文件中 中添加了转发

   server {
       listen 52013;
       proxy_connect_timeout 1s;
       proxy_timeout 3s;
       proxy_pass 127.0.0.1:3306;   
    }
}

将http请求代理到mysql，这个是不合理的，因为HTTP和MySQL协议是不同的
