【已完成】Apache 2.4.55启动报错

问题描述：通过宝塔一键迁移 转移了网站和数据库信息 现在 Apache 2.4.55无法启动 启动就报错

图片也上传不了，附件也是，上传不提示成功还是失败，反正没反应，然后刷新一下界面就变成自动退出状态了，群里有我发的截图 您好，这是apache错误日志吗，没有看到什么有效的报错信息
