HTTP 错误 500.19 - Internal Server Error无法访问请求的页面，因为该页的相关配置数据无效。

不做强制跳转https就是正常的，一做了强制就变成这种了，哪位大神知道这是什么问题?

是用的Windows server 2008   IIS7.5做的，在线等！！！！！！！
