【已完成】redis显示异常

为了能快速了解并处理您的问题，请提供以下基础信息：
面板、插件版本：8.20
系统版本：centos7.9
问题描述：redis可以正常连接。但面板查看redis数据库始终显示异常。

什么升级面板、修复面板、重载重启redis配置都试过。都不行

以前也遇到过一次已经不记得如何修复的。

面板左侧列表中的日志，软件日志，redis，错误日志

您好，日志上没有看到错误信息，是一些rdb备份，您这边要看一下服务器的内存是否充足
其次使用/etc/init.d/redis start命令启动一下redis看是什么反应

内存完全够的，还有至少50%

运行命令

  1. [root@web ~]# /etc/init.d/redis start
  2. redis is running! (19476)

网站连接redis什么都正常，就是redis面板打开提示异常，也不显示数据库

我redis的ip绑定的一直是

bind 127.0.0.1 172.0.0.1

我改成
bind 0.0.0.0

就正常了。我之前一直是绑定双ip使用。你们宝塔不支持多ip绑定吗

您好，可以通过换行来解决，一个bind里边无法两个ip
可以
bind    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
bind xx.xxx.xxx.x
