9.0LTS下，既没有续签证书按钮，也不会生成计划任务签到

面板、插件版本：9.0.0 LTS

系统版本：Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

问题描述：

1.SSL证书页面没有续签按钮：

2.其次，首次配置证书也不会生成自动签到任务

3.手动在计划任务添加如下代码后：

1. /www/server/panel/pyenv/bin/python3 -u /www/server/panel/class/acme_v2.py --renew=1

执行出现如下警告信息：
