邮件服务器及面板出错

问题描述：搭建邮件服务器显示Database version could not be detected.
运行后显示Your database is not up to date and needs to be upgraded. Please run DBUpdater.exe to update the datatabase.
找不到DBUpdater然后尝试了wget http://download.bt.cn/win/panel/data/setup.py -O C:/update.py -t 5 -T 60 && "C:\Program Files\python\python.exe" C:/update.py update_panel 6.9.0没有效果并且登录宝塔面板显示
