宝塔ssl证书使用报错

宝塔面板，SSL证书配置功能出错，不可用

系统版本：

9.3.0

问题描述：

出错了，面板运行时发生错误！            ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'OpenSSL'   
尝试了 bt 16修复也不行
openssl version
OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips  26 Jan 2017


pip install cryptography
