【已完成】添加站点后apache无法正常启动

升级了7.8版本宝塔。
添加站点后apache停止无法正常启动，点击启动apache报错。
提示BtSoft\apache\conf\redirect和BtSoft\apache\conf\proxy未创建重定向和反向代理目录。
手动在这两个文件夹下创建了对应的目录，再点击启动apache同样无法启动，提示需要通过cmd命令行启动。
通过cmd命名行后才成功启动apache。

这是什么原因？
