我昨天晚上开始在本地测试，不管，有重装系统，又做了一遍，第一遍正常，只要重启系统，net项目的网站就再也启动不起来了。程序C#自己写的，暂时没有尝试过其他程序是否也是这样。我在创建的时候，选择了随机启动。
