服务器信息：
腾讯云服务器端口安全策略全部安全放行：1H1G的配置。宝塔面板：Apache 2.4，MySQL 5.5，PHP-5.3-7.1都切换过，且性能也按照https://www.bt.cn/bbs/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=1347&highlight=503  这个帖子调整性能，依然不行，以前的宝塔版本没有事情，但是重装最新版本之后就出现这个问题。

我现在调整php的相应时间为86400最大，能够发布出去，基本上要相应四五分钟才会成功

楼主用的什么程序？我用的wordpress，插件开多了也这种情况，后来我把apache换成nginx就好使了，楼主也可以尝试下！

谢谢提供的经验，但是我刚刚切换为nginx，还是同样的问题，我用的是Startbbs的二开程序，CI框架的，以前是好好地，最近用5.1重装面板和环境之后，就出现发布文章不成功了。其他页面和功能没问题。
