阿里云服务器安装宝塔linux面板，FTP访问不了

阿里云服务器
Ubuntu 14.04 64位
安装了宝塔Linux面板，在阿里云服务器上将20、21端口已经在入方向打开了，但是FTP 还是访问不了，，。
