python项目管理器异常

1.面板版本，7.9.92.操作系统版本，CentOS 7.9.2009 x86_64(Py3.7.9)
3.浏览器版本 chrome



问题：
安装Python管理器。
安装Python版本3.10.0

进行项目部署，
Flask + gunicorn
pip 安装部署 HTTPS SSL error，无法进行包安装操作。

进行过pip config设定。pip.ini修改，trust-host改动，均无效。怀疑pip版本问题。

报错如下：
